Women are Mad, and Some People Refuse to Get It

Jill Iscol over at The Huffington Post wrote a wonderful pro-Clinton piece that speaks to me and the many women who have been offended by Hillary's treatment in this campaign.

And yet, as we might expect from the angry HuffPosters commenting on her article, many people just don't get it. They just don't get why women might be pissed off. They won't acknowledge that we might have a legitimate bone to pick. They just think that Clinton is playing the "victim" card.

Never mind that Obama and his supporters are likely to call "racism" at his opponents at the drop of a hat. If women complain about the media bias against Hillary, we're told that Hillary is "desperate," has "PMS" or that we're "deranged Clintonistas."

(The "PMS" commenter claimed she was a woman, but HE appears to be giving himself away by forgetting that Hillary is way past menstrual cycles now.)

It's taken the first women candidate for president to flush out how much many men on the left are truly threatened by strong women. And all I can say is, you guys are downright pathetic. Thanks for selling out our party to an arrogant jerk because you were uncomfortable with a woman with balls. McCain will have you to thank when he becomes president in 2009.
